I have my second interview for a job in which i have applied for. ( the first one was 2 weeks ago) I worked for this Company for 13 years, but was layed off 5 years ago due to restructuring ( it wasn’t because of my job performance, it was just a "luck of the draw" when they chose certain locations to close) I had great results in every aspect of the job when I held the position before, and I apparently did well with the first interview.
Any tips on impressing the big guy for the final interview?
thanks
1 always have i contact with interviewer at all times.
2. turn off your cell phone never asnwer a phone while in a interview. thats a big nono
3. always answer in "yes sir" or "yes mam" that shows you are a professional person for the position your apllying to.
4. and if your offered a background check while in the interview that means you got the job.
5 also if you are sat down next to someone who is actually working it means that there observing if you have enough communications skills.
6. if you are asked to go to a 2nd interview you are in good shape of obtaining that job your aiming for.
follow this stpes and youll get that job since i just passed trough this same process 3 days ago i didi this exact thing and i now have a job that pays 10.50 an hr

Congratulations! You wowed your prospective employers on your first interview and have been called back for an encore.
From an employer’s perspective, the second interview is a chance to closely evaluate a candidate’s abilities and interpersonal skills. Your prospective employer wants to see that you can do the job and work well with colleagues.
Be aware that many employers bring in several candidates on the same day to streamline the second interview process. Your challenge is to distinguish yourself from the other candidates.
To show you’re a good fit with the company, focus on explaining how your abilities and experiences would enable you to do the job. Be specific. Offer concrete examples that highlight your competence and compatibility
Good luck.
